Our approach to Urban Design is the creation of "sustainable places," that regenerate and reinforce links to the surrounding communities and environment. The "place" should have a clear identity, rooted in its context of connections to the existing communities, and environment. It should create active streets where experiences are shared allowing the community to develop. Flexibility is required in order that we can adapt to market changes. And, of course, it must demonstrate sustainability so that fundamental "place-making" principles are maintained.
