As a long established practice with a considerable portfolio of prestigious projects, we have a challenging and expanding workload. Our approach is design led and we deliver projects through studios across three offices in Cardiff, Swansea and London. We have plenty to offer our "family" of staff with opportunitites for career progression.
Together with flexible/ hybrid working and alongside statutory holidays we close for 3 days over Christmas period, each staff member receives an extra day's leave for "Birthday" day, and healthcare membership. Now we are post COVID, we are looking at reintroducing our study trips (previous ones have included Rome, Amsterdam and Prague), staff lunches held monthly, cheese club held quarterly, photography competitions and in-house table tennis tournaments. Part 1 Architectural Assistant to assist on a variety of projects with the opportunity to broaden your skills and knowledge base.
Intermediate Technologist with good AutoCAD and REVIT skills to work in the commercial and residential sectors. We have an exciting pipeline of projects including zero carbon housing, regeneration and heritage projects, retirement sector projects and placemaking led masterplanning.
Part 2 Architectural Assistant - this is a unique opportunity to work alongside the team on the design stages of a major leisure resort. This project will require the candidate to work with a variety of local stakeholders and help develop designs across a range of scales for buildings with unique technical requirements. Candidates must be comfortable developing designs from initial concept stage in a variety of software packages and they msut be enthusiastic about communicating and working collaboratively as part of a close knit design team.
Healthcare and Education Studio
Senior Technologist (5+ Years) with experience in the education and healthcare sectors. This is a tremendous opportunity to join our Cardiff studio for those who have the ambition to work on a range of Univerisyt, Healthcare and Education projects. We have several nationally significant and technically demanding projects across Wales coming up which have ambitious targets for Low Carbon design, BIM collaboration and Modern Methods of Construction. You would be part of a team responsible for the delivery of production information packages, compliance, collaboration and ensuring our design principles are maintained during the later stages of the project.
Key Skills: Review, NBS Chorus, knowledge of Healthcare and Education regulations and (preferably) collaborative software such as Revitzo, Solibri and Navisworks.

Our Swansea studio is seeking a highly motivated Project Architect with at least 3+ years' experience, a Part 2 Architectural Assistant and a Technologist (Revit Proficient).
All working as part of a small tight knit studio these roles are for a variety of diverse projects, including Pentre Arwel Wellness village and a large university campus master planning project.

Project Architect must be highly motivated with at least 3 years' post qualification UK experience working in the residential sector. The successful candidate will join a young and talented team working on an award winning residential project with a focus on sustainable design features such as PassivHaus, earth shelters and MMC. Ability to demonstrate a good track record working across all RIBA stages is required with a focues on Stages 4-5. Good project running capabilities and technical knowledge required as well as the ability to work directly with project teams and meet project deadlines. Excellent Review and AutoCAD skills are a must.
