The Mill

The former Arjo Wiggins Paper Mill site, one of Cardiff’s landmark Brownfield sites, provides a unique opportunity to transform 53 acres of the industrial past into a new, exemplar community in which we live and work. The Mill will provide people with high quality neighbourhoods that have a distinct sense of place; where they feel safe and where they want to live.
The development comprises around 800 properties, over half of them affordable, ranging from one bedroom apartments to four bedroom detached houses.
