Ringland Regeneration

The Cot Farm development provides 56 new homes, 26 houses and 30 flats as part of the masterplan and redevelopment of the Ringland Centre, Newport. This key regeneration project with Newport City Homes is redeveloping the existing Ringland centre with a new shopping area, public realm, parking areas along with new affordable and open market homes.

Working closely with Newport City Homes, the project aims to provide homes that are fit-for-life now and into the future with particular emphasis on exploring better quality apartment living with generous terraces, balconies and storage for each resident. A number of apartment configurations have been utilised to ensure that there is a home suitable for every need, from ground floor accessible apartments to 2-bedroom, 4-person, duplex apartments.
