Paddington Exchange

This 200,000 sqft mixed use development was delivered via BIM Level 2 and comprises 150 residential units, 25 of which are for the affordable market. The ground and mezzanine floors contain A3 affordable commercial and employment development with 100 car park spaces in two basement levels.

There are three principle towers over a maximum height of 14 storeys accommodating 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom apartments. There is a combination of private and public amenity space, along with roof terraces and private balconies.

The project is Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 and there is a CHP Energy Centre serving this development and the adjacent Phase 2 development which is currently on site and due for completion in 2020. The Registered Provider (RP) is Octavia Housing Association.
