Monmouthshire CC Offices

These new headquarters offices are located in a sensitive parkland setting east of Newport in Usk, South Wales. The new building provides 100 permanent work stations, a Council chamber and member’s meeting rooms together with associated supporting staff accommodation.

Designed to achieve BREEAM “Very Good” the design had to address several ecological issues including bat translocations, TPOs and a dedicated replacement water treatment plant.
