GE LIFE SCIENCE PARK

We were commissioned by Garrison Barclay to design a new life science park on the former GE site in Cardiff, targeting both the health organisations and the life sciences sector from pharmaceutical to medical devices.

The first phase to consist of 5 new self-contained buildings providing over 250,000 sq.ft. of R&D laboratory space and grade A office accommodation, as well as a 500 multi-storey car park.

Further phases to provide an additional 225,000 sq.ft.
