Bayscape Phase II

Currently at concept design stage, this development forms the second phase of the Bayscape scheme located on the River Ely in Cardiff Bay Marina. This 14-storey tower and podium contains 114 apartments of predominantly 1- and 2-bedroom units, and 4 duplex penthouses. The podium contains a generous residential reception and retail units, which spill out onto public realm at ground level. Above is a private deck area for residents. A pavilion restaurant unit is proposed within the public realm, and the tower helps highlight a key right of way across the bridge link to Penarth.
