New replacement secondary school for Neath Port Talbot CBC has a target project value of £27m with 9,145m2 of accommodation over 2 floors. The school is to be developed on the school grounds with the new fields being located on the site of the demolished secondary school under the last phase.
The dining area is set in a double height atrium with community facilities such as halls and sports facilities located alongside the main community entrance. The overall facility will be BREEAM Excelent and secure by design accredited. Completed in 2021.
