The site was identified by the Local Authority and gained full support through planning. The retail park comprises seven units and includes tenants such as Homebase, Wickes, Pets Unlimited, Topps Tiles and Carpetright. The scheme also includes an element of compound/builders yard development. Car parking provision total 425 spaces.
