This 200,000 sq.ft. mixed use development is located in Paddington Basin and is being delivered via BIM Level 2. The scheme comprises 150 residential units, 25 of which are for the affordable market where the Registered Provider (RP) is Octavia Housing Association.
The ground and mezzanine floors will contain A3 affordable commercial and employment development with 100 car park spaces in two basement levels. There are three principle towers over a maximum height of 14 storeys accommodating 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms apartments, a combination of private and public amenity space, along with roof terraces and private balconies.
The project is Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 and there is a CHP Energy Centre serving this development and the adjacent Phase 2 development which has recently been submitted for Planning.
