Mulberry Park is a new development of high quality homes in the sought after neighbourhood of Combe Down. Situated on the southern slopes of the city, these high quality homes have been designed with energy efficiency and comfort in mind. Powell Dobson were appointed as technical architects for the construction and delivery states of Phase 1. There was a significant learning curve in technically delivering these house types for the first time. We have worked closely with the construction team and the client cost team to monitor detailing, robustness and costs for each house type.
Following on from the successful relationship on Phase 1, Powell Dobson have been appointed as design and technical architects for the further phases 3 & 4 of the development. On these phases we have developed a number of new house types following consultation with the client sales team and in response to site constraints and new character areas within these phases.
