The project also comprises a health centre, a day nursery/crêche, drive-thru restaurants, the refurbishment of a listed gatehouse, 525 units of student accommodation and 200 units of private housing, a bus interchange, car wash and a nursing home.
THe project was constucted in one phase with one contractor.
