Located directly on the A10 arterial road leading north from London, Lumina Park comprises a flagship mixed use commercial development. The site was formerly the GE Lighting Headquarters for the UK and Europe.
The development consists of a 130 bed Travelodge, Toyota car showroom, Big Yellow Self Storage unit and a flexible mixture of B1, B2 and B8 employment units. Overall, the project has created over 350,000 sq ft of development.
The hotel sits within a prominent position on the corner of the site. Five storeys with an exciting corner feature ensure the scheme forms an important aspect to the A10 road.
