Powell Dobson are delighted to be shortlisted in the "Award for Excellence in Architectural Technology" at the AT Awards happening on 13th September in London.  The project is Augusta Bay, Llanelli, which is a five bed house that forms part of the final phase of the wider exemplar Pentre Nicklaus development in Llanelli. Designed to maximise the uninterrupted views to the south west, key features include the softening of the boundary between internal and external spaces, first floor living and a local stone wall.

We are also delighted to have our Technical Associate Oliver Henshall shortlisted for the "Chartered Architectural Technologist of the Year" award.  Oliver's passion lies with helping others to succeed. He continues to push the boundaries of what the industry expects from a Chartered Architectural Technologist, not just in the form of technical and architectural design delivery, but soft skills, attitude and engagement.

As stated above the awards are taking place on 13th September in London so we have everything crossed for a win!
