This is the first horseracing course to be developed in the UK for over 80 years. The racecourse caters for flat, National Hunt and hurdle racing, providing the necessary technical buildings and services required to facilitate horseracing on the site together with a number of unique facilities to enhance the experience of a ‘day at the races.’ 15,000 spectators can be accommodated at this two mile track, which incorporates a one mile, four furlong 60m wide oval circuit.
The overall development will be phased over a number of years which will consist of a Racecourse, a 500 capacity Grandstand and Technical accommodation including Stables Complex, Weighing Room Complex, Enclosure, Harness Racecourse, Racing School, Dressage and Show Jumping Arenas, Hotel, Training Establishments, Polo Club, 3 Day Eventing, Point-to-Point, Pony Club Camp, Country Park and Visitor Centre.
