This regeneration scheme is a mix of residential and retail development. The courtyard incorporates an area for entertainment and performers, and the old cellar was brought into play by opening up the yard area using a stepped open auditorium. Most of the existing buildings were re-used, and a variety of new modern buildings were designed as in-fill to complement the existing Victorian Brewhouse buildings. The vertical predominance of the building remains a feature of the scheme.

The development comprises of over 78,300 sq ft of lettable space sub-divided into, retail, cafes and restaurants, theme restaurant and bars with apartments and penthouse apartments. The eateries vary from Thai, to Portuguese, Spanish, Mexican, Indian and Welsh.
