10 different house types have been designed to take total advantage of the views over the Loughor Estuary, the Whitford Lighthouse and the new Nicklaus-designed championship golf course.
A number of the house types provide California-style living, with first-floor entrance, living rooms and balcony area, with bedroom accommodation beneath.
Houses sizes and arrangements offer variety within the site. From the grand palm-fringed avenue to the intimate mews courts adjacent to the ancient ruin of Machynys mound itself.
Currently on site (started in July 2003) this project is to be constructed in 6 phases.
