Global Reach is our third building located on the Celtic Gateway Business Park in Cardiff Bay and was designed to impress, with its contemporary, colourful design. The building is a visually exciting scheme comprising 60,000 sq ft of office accommodation over 2 storeys in two dynamically linked buildings at the entrance to the Bay. Its form, height and colourful façade deliberately exploit the site’s prominent location. The elevations combine a high degree of transparency with sun fins, louvres and coloured panels in bold chromatic patterns. Its scale, materials, high quality detailing and design features complement the contemporary feel of development in the area generally.
The building is designed to allow both vertical and horizontal sub-division in a number of area combinations to provide flexibility in the letting options.
