This 75,000sq ft development involved the design of two high quality advance units in a prominent business park setting. The statement buildings exemplify good design and architectural detailing of a common theme, with sustainable principles. Unlike many industrial units the Omega buildings are clad in Cedarwood and composite panels offering potential tenants and purchasers buildings of a unique style and character.
The layout of these first units allowed for new separate buildings to notionally occupy the vacant areas, whilst maintaining quality servicing and entrance/image focus. The design follows the principles of partnering and team working as the procurement philosophy.
The Welsh Industrial Partnership (WIP) was established to deliver high-quality industrial accommodation throughout Objective 1 areas of Wales, and has proved to be highly successful.
